Best Wonderment alternatives in 2026

24 September 2026
VerifiedVerified & Reviewed
Wonderment, now sold by Loop as Loop Tracking, scores 34 out of 60 on six published criteria and ranks sixth of eight. Keeyu, which wrote this page, scores 50, ahead of ClickPost at 45 and parcelLab at 43. Loop Tracking flags a stalled parcel and alerts the merchant, then leaves the order to a person. Keeyu runs no tracking page and repairs the order itself. Every order is a promise. Keeyu keeps the promise.

Keeyu wrote this list and ranks itself first, at 50 out of 60 on six published criteria, so every cell where a rival outscores Keeyu is printed below. ClickPost follows at 45 and parcelLab at 43. Wonderment, which Loop now sells as Loop Tracking, scores 34 and ranks sixth of eight.

Loop Tracking gives Shopify brands branded tracking pages, shipping emails and texts, and alerts when a parcel stalls. Keeyu replaces none of that. It works underneath, in proactive e-commerce operations, and repairs the order when a delivery breaks. Every order is a promise. Keeyu keeps the promise.

Wonderment is now Loop Tracking: what Loop says changed

Loop, the returns company, bought Wonderment. The wonderment.com address now opens a Loop page headed "Wonderment is now Loop Tracking!", which also states "Loop has acquired Wonderment!"

The same page sums up the deal: "We've combined Wonderment's best-in-class order tracking with Loop’s industry-leading returns platform."

Loop's pages call it Loop Tracking and Loop Order Tracking; the old help center is titled "Track by Loop (formerly Wonderment)". Scores come from those pages as they read today.

How this list is ranked

Six criteria, each scored out of 10 with equal weight, for a maximum of 60. Every score comes from the vendor's own public pages, and Keeyu is scored by the same rule.

#

Criterion

What you can check

1

Detection source

Carrier scans, inventory, OMS and payment data, or only what a customer reports?

2

Detects the event that did not happen

A pickup never scanned, a parcel that stopped moving, an SLA that lapsed quietly.

3

Acts on the order, not the message

Refund, reship, replace, cancel, push to the 3PL, write back to the OMS.

4

Runs without an agent touching it

A documented resolution with no human click in the loop.

5

Reaches the customer before they contact you

Outbound that fires on detection, not on an inbound ticket.

6

Documented time to resolution

A published clock from event to fix.

5 cells tie Keeyu without beating it: 2 on criterion 2, the event that did not happen, and 3 on criterion 5, reaching the customer first.

1. Keeyu

50 / 60. Proactive e-commerce operations: Keeyu watches payment, fulfillment, shipping and returns, and repairs a broken order itself.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

9

Reads storefront, ERP, WMS, carrier and payment systems, so a stock or payment failure shows up as well as a late parcel. Not 10: no monitoring cadence is published.

2. The event that did not happen

9

Tied with ClickPost and AfterShip. "Detect no movement for 24 to 48 hours", plus rules for orders unshipped past cutoff and SLA breaches. Not 10: no expected-hop model.

3. Acts on the order

9

Highest on this page. Cancels the original, raises a new order on express, pushes it to the warehouse, tells the buyer, files the carrier claim. Not 10: split shipments undocumented.

4. Runs without an agent

7

Four rivals score higher: parcelLab 9, ClickPost, Narvar and Pango 8. "Proactive doesn't mean unattended: your team approves the plays, the system runs them."

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with parcelLab, Narvar and Malomo. The message offers wait, swap or refund. Held at 9: the product page frames alerts as internal.

6. Documented time to resolution

7

A before-and-after clock for one named customer's out-of-stock workflow. Held at 7: other keeyu.com pages state it more broadly.

Where it loses

Autonomy: a person signs off each play, so four rivals go further alone. Malomo's stall rule edges Keeyu on silence.

Buy it if

Run Keeyu next to Loop Tracking when a stalled parcel needs a reship, refund or claim, not another update.

2. ClickPost

45 / 60. A sales-led logistics platform, strongest in India, that rescues missed pickups and failed deliveries at the carrier.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

"Apex Control Tower watches every shipment in real time. Forward, reverse, RTO, quick commerce and B2B/Bulk." Not higher: no inventory, payment or storefront monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

9

Tied with Keeyu. A pickup unscanned past 4 hours triggers a carrier follow-up, then a rebooking after 30 minutes. Not 10: shown in a dashboard illustration, not documentation.

3. Acts on the order

7

"Moved to a backup pickup slot automatically · warehouse notified", plus carrier reroutes. Not higher: no refund, reship, cancel or storefront write-back.

4. Runs without an agent

8

Beats Keeyu, 8 against 7. "Automate 90% of your failed delivery resolutions" and "An alert isn't the end of the work. It sets corrective actions in motion."

5. Reaches the customer first

8

"Instant alerts when delivery issues arise (address errors, unavailability, delays)" over WhatsApp, SMS, email and voice. Not higher: a notice, not a settling offer.

6. Documented time to resolution

5

Failed deliveries resolved in under 40 minutes on average, and 6.4 seconds on its support agent. Not higher: no named customer or time window.

Where it loses

It is built for carrier operations rather than Shopify tracking pages, and publishes no prices.

Buy it if

Pick ClickPost when missed pickups and failed doorstep attempts cost you more than shopper questions.

3. parcelLab

43 / 60. Enterprise tracking, delay prediction, claims and returns, with the top autonomy score on this page.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

Order data by API plus carrier data, with machine learning on carrier performance. Not higher: no inventory, payment or WMS.

2. The event that did not happen

8

Missing checkpoints, dispatch lead time and a model built to "accurately predict 90% of delayed shipments." Not higher: the checkpoint view is diagnostic, not a standing rule.

3. Acts on the order

7

"Generate carrier-compliant claim cases with complete documentation, reducing rejections and speeding reimbursement." Not higher: no refund or reship on a broken delivery.

4. Runs without an agent

9

Beats Keeyu, 9 against 7, highest here. A published no-human-touch rate. Not 10: a two-week, single-retailer pilot.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. Outbound on a predicted delay by email, SMS and chatbot. Not 10: information on the delivery leg.

6. Documented time to resolution

2

"25% Faster claims resolution" carries no clock, baseline or customer.

Where it loses

It is an enterprise purchase with no rate card, a bigger step than a Shopify tracking app.

Buy it if

Move to parcelLab if you have outgrown a Shopify tracking app and want claims built for you and more work run unattended.

4. Narvar

42 / 60. The large US name in tracking pages and returns, with documented claim approvals and replacements.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

1,000 or more carriers and 50 or more commerce and order systems. Not higher: no payment or inventory monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

7

Delivery dates shift when carriers slip, and at-risk parcels are flagged. Not higher: no named threshold.

3. Acts on the order

8

Instant claim approval, replacements sent to the helpdesk, refunds at first scan. Not higher: no WMS write-back or carrier claim.

4. Runs without an agent

8

Beats Keeyu, 8 against 7. Resolves the inquiry "automatically, without manual intervention." Not higher: no published rate.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. "Proactively address delivery issues before shoppers experience them," with a reorder or refund. Not 10: carrier triggers only.

6. Documented time to resolution

2

No number. "Minutes, not days" is a comparison, worded three ways across its pages.

Where it loses

Narvar is a point behind Loop Tracking on the parcel that goes quiet, 7 against 8, and sells on enterprise contracts without public prices.

Buy it if

Choose Narvar when a lost parcel should turn into a replacement or refund, not a stall alert for your team.

5. Pango

35 / 60. Agentic logistics for mid-market brands: carrier routing, delivery promises, branded tracking and returns.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

7

Carriers, warehouse and shop system; it "constantly listens for carrier exception events." Not higher: no payment monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

4

Delay alerts and a lost-or-delayed filter. Not higher: no threshold or missing-scan rule.

3. Acts on the order

7

Reroutes carriers and splits orders; a lost parcel can trigger a restock, discount or apology. Not higher: no reship documented.

4. Runs without an agent

8

Beats Keeyu, 8 against 7. "Pango agents observe your shipments in real time, make decisions autonomously, and act before problems hit your SLA."

5. Reaches the customer first

8

Notifications fire the moment an exception occurs. Not higher: the offer is a discount or apology.

6. Documented time to resolution

1

No clock. "Resolved before you notice" is a tagline.

Where it loses

The stalled parcel, which is Loop Tracking's strength: Pango scores 4 there against Loop's 8.

Buy it if

Try Pango if you want software that changes carriers or splits shipments on its own, with no approval step.

6. Loop Tracking (formerly Wonderment)

34 / 60. Branded tracking pages, shipping notifications and stall alerts for Shopify brands, now sold by the returns company Loop.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

7

Across 1,200+ carriers, Loop's delivery dates use "real carrier performance and fulfillment data." Not higher: carrier and order data, with no inventory or payment monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

8

Shipment Stalled fires "When a package hasn't made progress in the carrier network for a certain period of time, and is likely to be delayed." ETA Changed and Returned to Sender are defined too. Not higher: no numeric threshold, and the definitions sit in the old Wonderment help center.

3. Acts on the order

6

Through Loop Editing, a separate Loop product: "Editing applies changes directly to the original order. There’s no cancellation, duplicate order, or reconciliation work." Not higher: shopper self-service before fulfillment, with no refund, reship or carrier claim on a broken delivery.

4. Runs without an agent

6

"No. Updates are automated and consistent, so teams don’t need to send one-off explanations or manually intervene." Not higher: the unattended output is a message, and no autonomy rate is published.

5. Reaches the customer first

7

"Loop Tracking automatically alerts you of stalled shipments, late shipments, packages returned to sender, and more." Held at 7: that alert goes to the merchant, and Loop's next line leaves reaching the affected customers to you.

6. Documented time to resolution

0

Not documented. Loop publishes ticket drops, open rates and delivery-estimate accuracy, not a clock from problem to fix.

Where it loses

Criterion 3. Loop Tracking tells you a parcel stalled; nothing on its pages reships, refunds or files a claim for that order. Editing only works before the order ships, and only when the shopper starts it.

Buy it if

Stay if you already run Loop for returns and want tracking, delivery dates and returns from one Shopify vendor.

7. AfterShip Tracking

Tied 7th at 32 / 60. Self-serve tracking with the largest carrier count of any vendor here.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

Data from 1,900 or more global carriers, by its own count. Not higher: carrier and order data only.

2. The event that did not happen

9

Tied with Keeyu. "AfterShip Agent automatically detects shipment exceptions, including situations that carriers may not clearly report yet." Not 10: no numeric threshold.

3. Acts on the order

3

Notifications, carrier escalations and internal alerts. No refund, reship, cancel or OMS write-back.

4. Runs without an agent

4

"Once the recommended action has been reviewed, click Run to execute it."

5. Reaches the customer first

8

Automated email and SMS at each milestone. Not higher: information only.

6. Documented time to resolution

0

Not documented. Setup time is not resolution time.

7. Malomo

Tied 7th at 32 / 60. Shopify tracking pages and Klaviyo-driven alerts; a banner on its site says Redo has acquired it.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

"Our advanced algorithms analyze your order data to detect issues and trends in your system." Not higher: no inventory, payment or WMS monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

10

Beats Keeyu, 10 against 9. Stalled in Fulfillment and Stalled in Transit, default 72 hours with weekends excluded. "Stalled event timestamps are the date and time of the last carrier scan plus your Stalled interval".

3. Acts on the order

0

Not documented. No refund, reship, cancel, claim or write-back appears; the output is an event sent to Klaviyo.

4. Runs without an agent

5

Problem events drive email flows with no person involved. Not higher: the unattended part is another vendor's message.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. "Send problem events to integrations like Klaviyo so that you can automatically and proactively notify your customers of any problems or delays". Not 10: information only.

6. Documented time to resolution

0

Not documented. Its published numbers are opens, clicks and ticket drops.

AfterShip offers more carriers and a slightly sharper eye for a quiet parcel than Loop Tracking. Malomo, the closest swap, is compared below.

The vendors this list does not score

Four more scored vendors beat Keeyu on one criterion without getting a section here:

  • Loop Returns (32), Loop's returns platform, scored apart from Tracking: criterion 4, 8 against 7. It ties Keeyu on criterion 3 at 9.
  • Sorted (32): criterion 2, 10 against 9, on a published silence threshold.
  • project44 (38), a carrier visibility platform: criterion 4, 8 against 7.
  • Claimlane (30), a claims and returns tool: criterion 4, 8 against 7.

LateShipment OneTrack (40), eShipz (37) and Parcel Perform (36) score above Loop Tracking; Outvio ties it at 34, and Shipup 33 and WISMOlabs 29 sit below. None of them beats Keeyu on any criterion. Returns portals have their own list, linked at the end.

WeSupply, Convey, Linc and TrackingMore carry no score, because we have not reviewed their documentation.

The real decision: Wonderment vs Malomo

Malomo publishes its own page pitching itself as the Wonderment alternative, and the two are the nearest match: Shopify tracking pages feeding Klaviyo, and both were bought: Wonderment by Loop, Malomo by Redo, per each site. Loop Tracking leads 34 to 32.

  • Malomo is better at silence: 10 against 8 on criterion 2, because it prints a 72-hour default where Loop gives no number.
  • Malomo reaches the shopper more directly, 9 against 7, and reads a little more data, 8 against 7.
  • Loop Tracking can change an order, 6 against 0, through Loop Editing before fulfillment, and runs slightly further alone, 6 against 5.
  • Neither publishes a clock from problem to fix.

Pick Malomo for sharper stall rules, Loop Tracking for one Loop contract. Neither reships, refunds or files a claim on a lost parcel.

Recommendation

  • Keep one Shopify vendor for tracking, delivery dates and returns: stay on Loop Tracking.
  • Want a written stall threshold feeding Klaviyo: Malomo.
  • Want enterprise tracking with claims built and more run unattended: parcelLab.
  • Want the broken order itself repaired: Keeyu, next to whichever tracking tool you keep.

Loop Tracking tells you a parcel stalled. Keeyu repairs the order behind it, which is proactive e-commerce operations. Every order is a promise. Keeyu keeps the promise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are Wonderment's main competitors?

On the six criteria used here: ClickPost (45 out of 60), parcelLab (43), Narvar (42), Pango (35), AfterShip Tracking (32) and Malomo (32). Wonderment, now Loop Tracking, scores 34. Keeyu, which wrote this list, scores 50 and is not a tracking page or notification tool.

What happened to Wonderment?

Loop acquired it. The wonderment.com address now opens a Loop page that says "Wonderment is now Loop Tracking!" and that Loop has combined Wonderment's order tracking with its returns platform. The help center now calls the product Track by Loop.

How is Loop Tracking priced?

Loop lists Tracking as its own option on its pricing page, offers a discount for bundling it with other Loop products, and sends buyers to a demo. Of the vendors profiled here, AfterShip and Malomo publish self-serve plans, while ClickPost, parcelLab and Narvar sell through sales.

Is Malomo a good Wonderment alternative?

It is the closest swap, at 32 against 34. Malomo publishes a 72-hour stall default and reaches shoppers more directly; Loop Tracking can edit an order before it ships through Loop Editing. Neither reships, refunds or files a claim on a lost parcel.

Does Loop Tracking refund or reship a stalled order?

Not according to Loop's own pages. It alerts you to stalled, late and returned-to-sender parcels and keeps shoppers updated. The order change Loop documents is Editing, which lets a shopper change or cancel an order before fulfillment.

Can Keeyu replace Wonderment?

No. Keeyu has no branded tracking page, shipping emails, delivery-date widget or returns portal, so you still need a tool like Loop Tracking for those. Keeyu watches payment, fulfillment, shipping and returns and fixes the broken order: cancel, reorder on express, push to the warehouse, notify the customer and file the carrier claim.
