We take the security of our platform and our customers' data seriously and operate a public Vulnerability Disclosure Program. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to us at security@keeyu.app.

Responsible disclosure

We ask that security researchers:

• Report vulnerabilities privately and give us reasonable time to fix them before any public disclosure.
• Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting customer data, and only test accounts you own.
• Do not exploit an issue beyond what is needed to demonstrate it.

Safe harbor

We consider security research conducted in good faith under this policy to be authorized and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow these guidelines. We aim to acknowledge every report within 3 business days.
