Best Parcel Perform alternatives in 2026

24 September 2026
VerifiedVerified & Reviewed
Parcel Perform, renamed Perform.AI, scores 36 out of 60 on six published criteria and ranks fifth of eight. Keeyu, which wrote this page, scores 50, ahead of ClickPost at 45 and parcelLab at 43. Perform.AI ties Keeyu on reaching the shopper first, then leaves a lost order for a person to fix. Keeyu runs no tracking page and repairs the order itself. Every order is a promise. Keeyu keeps the promise.

Keeyu wrote this list and puts itself first, at 50 out of 60 on six published criteria, so every cell where a rival outscores Keeyu is printed below. Behind it, ClickPost scores 45 and parcelLab 43. Parcel Perform, which now trades as Perform.AI, scores 36 and ranks fifth of eight.

Perform.AI sells far more than Keeyu does: a delivery date at checkout, a branded tracking page, delay messages, a returns portal, carrier booking and labels, and invoice audits. Keeyu replaces none of those. It works one layer down, in proactive e-commerce operations, and repairs the order after something breaks. Every order is a promise. Keeyu keeps the promise.

Parcel Perform is now Perform.AI: what changed

The company has renamed itself. A banner across its site reads "Parcel Perform is now Perform.AI", and its announcement page promises the same team and the same contracts under the new name. The old parcelperform.com address now opens perform.ai, and the site footer still names the operating company as Parcel Perform Pte Ltd.

The pitch widened with the name: an "AI Commerce Operating System" spanning visibility in AI answers, checkout, post-purchase, returns and logistics. Every score here comes from perform.ai as it reads today.

Parcel Perform competitors compared at a glance

Perform.AI warns shoppers about late parcels as well as anyone here. The split comes after the warning.

How this list is ranked

Six criteria, each out of 10 and weighted equally, for a maximum of 60. Scores come only from each vendor's own public pages, and Keeyu is held to the same rule.

Criterion

What you can check

1

Detection source

Carrier scans, inventory, OMS and payment data, or only what a customer reports?

2

Detects the event that did not happen

A pickup never scanned, a parcel that stopped moving, an SLA that lapsed quietly.

3

Acts on the order, not the message

Refund, reship, replace, cancel, push to the 3PL, write back to the OMS.

4

Runs without an agent touching it

A documented resolution with no human click in the loop.

5

Reaches the customer before they contact you

Outbound that fires on detection, not on an inbound ticket.

6

Documented time to resolution

A published clock from event to fix.

6 cells tie Keeyu without beating it: 2 on criterion 2, the event that did not happen, and 4 on criterion 5, reaching the customer first.

1. Keeyu

50 / 60. Proactive e-commerce operations: Keeyu monitors payment, fulfillment, shipping and returns, and fixes the order itself when one breaks.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

9

Connects to storefront, ERP, WMS, carrier and payment systems, so a stock or payment failure is visible too. Not 10: no monitoring cadence is published.

2. The event that did not happen

9

Tied with ClickPost and AfterShip. "Detect no movement for 24 to 48 hours", plus unshipped-past-cutoff and SLA-breach rules. Not 10: no expected-hop model.

3. Acts on the order

9

Highest on this page. Cancels the original, raises a new order on express, pushes it to the warehouse, tells the buyer, files the carrier claim. Not 10: split shipments undocumented.

4. Runs without an agent

7

Four rivals score higher: parcelLab 9, ClickPost, Narvar and Pango 8. "Proactive doesn't mean unattended: your team approves the plays, the system runs them."

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Parcel Perform, parcelLab, Narvar and Malomo. The message offers wait, swap or refund. Held at 9: the product page frames alerts as internal.

6. Documented time to resolution

7

A before-and-after clock for one named customer's out-of-stock workflow. Held at 7: other keeyu.com pages state it more broadly.

Where it loses

Autonomy: your team signs off each Keeyu play, so four rivals run further alone. Malomo's stall rule also beats Keeyu by a point on silence.

Buy it if

Add Keeyu when Perform.AI has explained the delay and the order still needs a reship, a refund or a claim.

2. ClickPost

45 / 60. An India-first, sales-led logistics platform that rescues failed pickups and deliveries at the carrier.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

"Apex Control Tower watches every shipment in real time. Forward, reverse, RTO, quick commerce and B2B/Bulk." Not higher: no inventory, payment or storefront monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

9

Tied with Keeyu. Pickups unscanned past 4 hours get a carrier follow-up, then a re-book after 30 minutes. Not 10: shown in a dashboard illustration, not documentation.

3. Acts on the order

7

"Moved to a backup pickup slot automatically · warehouse notified", plus carrier reroutes. Not higher: no refund, reship, cancel or storefront write-back.

4. Runs without an agent

8

Beats Keeyu, 8 against 7. "Automate 90% of your failed delivery resolutions" and "An alert isn't the end of the work. It sets corrective actions in motion."

5. Reaches the customer first

8

"Instant alerts when delivery issues arise (address errors, unavailability, delays)" on WhatsApp, SMS, email and voice. Not higher: a notice, not a settling offer.

6. Documented time to resolution

5

Failed deliveries resolved in under 40 minutes on average; 6.4 seconds average on its support agent. Not higher: no named customer or window.

Where it loses

Its shopper outreach trails Perform.AI, 8 against 9: a notice, not a reason and next step. It lists no prices.

Buy it if

Swap to ClickPost when missed pickups and failed doorstep attempts cost you most, mainly on Indian carriers.

3. parcelLab

43 / 60. Enterprise tracking, delay prediction, claims and returns, with the top autonomy score here.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

Order data by API plus carrier data, with machine learning on carrier performance. Not higher: no inventory, payment or WMS.

2. The event that did not happen

8

Missing checkpoints, dispatch lead time and a model built to "accurately predict 90% of delayed shipments." Not higher: the checkpoint view is diagnostic, not a standing rule.

3. Acts on the order

7

"Generate carrier-compliant claim cases with complete documentation, reducing rejections and speeding reimbursement." Not higher: no refund or reship on a broken delivery.

4. Runs without an agent

9

Beats Keeyu, 9 against 7, highest here. A published no-human-touch rate. Not 10: a two-week, single-retailer pilot.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. Outbound on a predicted delay by email, SMS and chatbot. Not 10: information on the delivery leg.

6. Documented time to resolution

2

"25% Faster claims resolution" carries no clock, baseline or customer.

Where it loses

It prints no rate card, so the sales-led buying you know from Perform.AI stays the same.

Buy it if

Choose parcelLab for the same enterprise tracking depth, with claims assembled for you and more work run unattended.

4. Narvar

42 / 60. The US enterprise name in tracking pages and returns, now with documented claim approvals and replacements.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

1,000 or more carriers and 50 or more commerce and order systems. Not higher: no payment or inventory monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

7

Delivery dates shift when carriers slip, and at-risk parcels are flagged. Not higher: no named threshold.

3. Acts on the order

8

Instant claim approval, replacements sent to the helpdesk, refunds at first scan. Not higher: no WMS write-back or carrier claim.

4. Runs without an agent

8

Beats Keeyu, 8 against 7. Resolves the inquiry "automatically, without manual intervention." Not higher: no published rate.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. "Proactively address delivery issues before shoppers experience them," with a reorder or refund. Not 10: carrier triggers only.

6. Documented time to resolution

2

No number. "Minutes, not days" is a comparison, worded three ways across its pages.

Where it loses

It trails Perform.AI on the silent parcel, 7 against 8, and sells on enterprise contracts with no public prices.

Buy it if

Go to Narvar if a lost parcel should end in a replacement or refund, not a delay note.

5. Parcel Perform (now Perform.AI)

36 / 60. An enterprise delivery-data platform, renamed Perform.AI, that now spans a checkout delivery promise, branded tracking, returns, carrier booking and invoice audit.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

Raw carrier updates are turned into 155+ standard shipping events across 1,078+ carriers, and it will "Track 100% of your shipments by pulling from every data source available". Not higher: no inventory, payment or WMS monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

8

Flags a return label not scanned within 48 hours, or a refund that runs too long, and says it will "automatically flag delayed shipments." Not higher: the only named silence threshold sits on the return leg.

3. Acts on the order

6

"Help shoppers claim back damaged and lost parcels, without the manual back and forth", with a workflow per claim type. Not higher: no refund, reship or cancel on a failed outbound delivery.

4. Runs without an agent

5

"AI Recommendations monitors your e-commerce data, breaks down what changed, and tells you the next step to take." Not higher: a person takes that step, and no autonomy rate is published.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. "When a parcel is delayed, tell customers the exact reason and what to do next", from 88+ delivery triggers over email, SMS and WhatsApp. Not 10: the next step is guidance, not a settling offer.

6. Documented time to resolution

0

Not documented. Its published figures count tracking calls and WISMO rates, not a clock from event to fix.

Where it loses

Criterion 3, at 6. When an outbound parcel is lost, Perform.AI explains it and lets the shopper claim. Nothing on its site says it reships, refunds or cancels that order, so your team still does.

Buy it if

Stay for one enterprise contract covering checkout dates, tracking, delay messages, returns, carrier labels and invoice checks. Expect a sales process: perform.ai publishes no prices.

6. Pango

35 / 60. Agentic logistics for mid-market brands: carrier routing, delivery promises, branded tracking and returns.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

7

Carriers, warehouse and shop system; it "constantly listens for carrier exception events." Not higher: no payment monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

4

Delay alerts and a lost-or-delayed filter. Not higher: no threshold or missing-scan rule.

3. Acts on the order

7

Reroutes carriers and splits orders; a lost parcel can trigger a restock, discount or apology. Not higher: no reship documented.

4. Runs without an agent

8

Beats Keeyu, 8 against 7. "Pango agents observe your shipments in real time, make decisions autonomously, and act before problems hit your SLA."

5. Reaches the customer first

8

Notifications fire the moment an exception occurs. Not higher: the offer is a discount or apology.

6. Documented time to resolution

1

No clock. "Resolved before you notice" is a tagline.

Where it loses

Pango is weakest where Perform.AI is strong: the quiet parcel, 4 against 8.

Buy it if

Look at Pango if you want the software itself to change carriers or split shipments, with no person waiting to approve.

7. AfterShip Tracking

Tied 7th at 32 / 60. Self-serve tracking with the biggest carrier count of any vendor here.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

Data from 1,900 or more global carriers, by its own count. Not higher: carrier and order data only.

2. The event that did not happen

9

Tied with Keeyu. "AfterShip Agent automatically detects shipment exceptions, including situations that carriers may not clearly report yet." Not 10: no numeric threshold.

3. Acts on the order

3

Notifications, carrier escalations and internal alerts. No refund, reship, cancel or OMS write-back.

4. Runs without an agent

4

"Once the recommended action has been reviewed, click Run to execute it."

5. Reaches the customer first

8

Automated email and SMS at each milestone. Not higher: information only.

6. Documented time to resolution

0

Not documented. Setup time is not resolution time.

7. Malomo

Tied 7th at 32 / 60. Shopify tracking pages and alerts; a banner on its site says Redo has acquired it.

Criterion

Score

Why

1. Detection source

8

"Our advanced algorithms analyze your order data to detect issues and trends in your system." Not higher: no inventory, payment or WMS monitoring.

2. The event that did not happen

10

Beats Keeyu, 10 against 9. Stalled in Fulfillment and Stalled in Transit, default 72 hours with weekends excluded. "Stalled event timestamps are the date and time of the last carrier scan plus your Stalled interval".

3. Acts on the order

0

Not documented. No refund, reship, cancel, claim or write-back appears; the output is an event sent to Klaviyo.

4. Runs without an agent

5

Problem events drive email flows with no person involved. Not higher: the unattended part is another vendor's message.

5. Reaches the customer first

9

Tied with Keeyu. "Send problem events to integrations like Klaviyo so that you can automatically and proactively notify your customers of any problems or delays". Not 10: information only.

6. Documented time to resolution

0

Not documented. Its published numbers are opens, clicks and ticket drops.

Both tied vendors are self-serve swaps. AfterShip gets the head-to-head below. Malomo suits a Shopify and Klaviyo shop wanting a written 72-hour stall rule; Perform.AI names one only for returns.

The vendors this list does not score

Three more scored vendors top Keeyu on a single criterion without earning a section:

  • Sorted (32): criterion 2, 10 against 9, thanks to a published silence threshold.
  • project44 (38), built for carrier visibility: criterion 4, 8 against 7.
  • Claimlane (30), a claims and returns product: criterion 4, 8 against 7.

LateShipment OneTrack (40) and eShipz (37) outscore Parcel Perform; Outvio 34, Loop Tracking (formerly Wonderment) 34, Shipup 33, ShipStation 31 and WISMOlabs 29 sit below it. None of them beats Keeyu on any criterion. For returns portals, see the separate list linked at the end.

Shipsy, FarEye, ShippyPro and TrackingMore carry no score, because we have not reviewed their documentation.

The real decision: Parcel Perform vs AfterShip

AfterShip publishes its own Parcel Perform comparisons, which makes it the likeliest pair on a shortlist. On these criteria Perform.AI leads 36 to 32.

  • Perform.AI does more to the parcel: 6 against 3 on criterion 3, because shoppers can file claims for lost and damaged parcels.
  • Perform.AI edges it on running unattended, 5 against 4, and on reaching the shopper first, 9 against 8.
  • AfterShip is a point better at spotting the parcel that went quiet, 9 against 8.
  • They tie on detection source at 8, and neither publishes a resolution clock.

The bigger gap is commercial: AfterShip sells self-serve plans priced by shipment volume, Perform.AI sells by demo. When a delivery fails, neither one reships, refunds or cancels the order.

Recommendation

  • Keep enterprise tracking and add assembled claims and more unattended work: parcelLab.
  • Turn a failed parcel into a replacement on a US enterprise contract: Narvar.
  • Drop the enterprise contract for self-serve plans: AfterShip Tracking.
  • Repair the broken order itself: Keeyu, alongside whichever tracking tool you keep.

Perform.AI tells the shopper. Keeyu fixes the order: that is proactive e-commerce operations. Every order is a promise. Keeyu keeps the promise.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are Parcel Perform's main competitors?

On the six criteria used here: ClickPost (45 out of 60), parcelLab (43), Narvar (42), Pango (35), AfterShip Tracking (32) and Malomo (32). Parcel Perform, now Perform.AI, scores 36. Keeyu, which wrote this list, scores 50 and is not a tracking or notification tool.

Is Parcel Perform the same company as Perform.AI?

Yes. Its site says Parcel Perform is now Perform.AI, with the same team and the same contracts. The old parcelperform.com address opens perform.ai, and the footer still names Parcel Perform Pte Ltd as the operating company.

How much does Perform.AI cost?

Perform.AI publishes no prices; every product page leads to a demo booking. Of the vendors profiled here, AfterShip and Malomo publish plans, while ClickPost, parcelLab and Narvar also sell through sales.

Is AfterShip a good Parcel Perform alternative?

It is a cheaper, self-serve swap rather than a stronger one: 32 against 36 on these criteria. AfterShip spots a quiet parcel slightly better; Perform.AI does more for the shopper after a loss and reaches them with a reason and next step.

Does Perform.AI refund or reship a lost order?

Not on a failed outbound delivery, according to its own site. It tells the shopper why the parcel is late and what to do, and lets them file a claim for a lost or damaged parcel. Refunds appear on its site only as part of the returns flow.

Can Keeyu replace Parcel Perform?

No. Keeyu has no checkout delivery promise, branded tracking page, returns portal or carrier booking, so you still need a tool like Perform.AI for those. Keeyu watches payment, fulfillment, shipping and returns and fixes the broken order: cancel, reorder on express, push to the warehouse, notify the customer and file the carrier claim.
